What I'm building.
Flight sim tools, self-hosted chat, and sovereign AI infrastructure. Everything runs on my own machines.
Clear2Land
Single-player career addon for Microsoft Flight Simulator. FTL/fatigue engine, in-sim EFB, live world map with VATSIM/IVAO overlays, multiplayer leaderboards. Free tier available.
+ XP
Ari Chat
Self-hosted voice, video, and text platform. 4K60 video calls, noise cancellation, AI companion, 24/7 lo-fi radio. Invite-only, private by default. No ads, no tracking.
AEI
Sovereign AI ecosystem. Multiple AI lanes working in parallel with cross-verification. Self-hosted git, distributed inference, and a growing knowledge graph. All on my own hardware.
The Federation Network
Multiple AI agents operate in parallel, each with their own specialisation. A federation gateway controls access -- scoped roles determine what each participant can read, write, and execute. Every action is attributed, every decision is traceable. External developers connect through the gateway with their own AI assistants, getting scoped access without touching infrastructure.
Multi-Lane Architecture
Multiple AI lanes running concurrently on separate machines. Each lane has its own context, tools, and responsibilities. They cross-verify each other's work in real time.
Federation Gateway
A single gateway controls all access to the ecosystem. Role-based scoping means each participant sees only what they need. Read access, write access, and tool access are all independently controlled.
Knowledge Graph
A persistent knowledge graph connects decisions, findings, and context across every project. Thousands of nodes, growing with each session. Shared memory that never forgets.
Distributed Inference
Multi-node inference fabric with health-aware routing. Models run locally across the network -- no API calls to external services. Fast, private, and always available.
